In 2006, he decided to branch out and start his own company. He went to Germany and trained with a company to install Cryo Therapy Chambers here in United States. Over the years he installed and maintained these chambers for several NBA Teams and individual NBA player’s homes all over the US. He has also performed work on military bases and government buildings.
He chose the HVAC field because he likes working with his hands and providing an essential service to others. His favorite part of the job is “providing comfort to others.”
If you know him, it will come to no surprise that his coworkers describe him as kind, caring, hardworking, thoughtful, knowledgeable about the technical aspects of his trade, and resourceful at resolving issues while in the field.
In his spare time, he can be found spending time with his large extended family or traveling the world with his wife.

Andria is our newest team member and our Office Manager. She has 12 years of front office experience. We are thrilled that our recent growth necessitates a manager of her caliber.
She has two Associate Degrees and is working on completing her Bachelor’s degree through BYU-Idaho, within the next two years. She also has a Certificate in Office Administration.
Andria’s favorite part of the job is interacting with customers. She is proactive, solution oriented, and is a friendly presence for the customers. Andria enjoys reading, and playing the piano. Jessica is relatively new to the HVAC field, but she brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles. Before embarking on her HVAC career, Jessica worked in property management for seven years and then served as a practice assistant in the corporate law field for several years.
She deeply appreciates the caring and positive attitudes of her coworkers and takes pleasure in expanding her knowledge and working with her fantastic team. Her son and terrier are her whole world, and she adores spending time with her sister, niece, nephews, and other family members.
Jessica was born in Stockton, CA and spent much of her life there. At the age of 12, her family relocated to Reno, NV, where she lived until she was 17 before returning to Stockton. For the past decade, Jessica has lived in various parts of the Bay Area but eventually settled down in Auburn, CA, at the beginning of 2022.

As a military kid, Lisa lived all over the country, finally settling in the beautiful Sierra Foothills. She worked in the nursing field for several years before spending a couple of decades raising a family. With all the craziness of 2020, Lisa decided the presidential election polls was a perfect place to start back into the workforce.
In her spare time, she can be found volunteering at her church or reading. Lisa’s role models are Samwise Gamgee and Dolly Parton, so it’s not surprising that her coworkers describe her as dedicated, courageous, and kind. She is also organized and thorough. Lisa’s favorite part of the job is supporting coworkers and customers. She is currently working on our growing Maintenance Department.

Donna started her office experience young, by working in her dad’s office as a kid. She spent several years doing secretarial work at Placer County Office-Education, before taking a break to raise a family.
Donna and Thad are siblings. She is so proud of the company Thad has built, his hard work and dedication, and has spent years cheerleading him through ups and downs. She eventually started working with him in 2015. Her favorite part of the job is tapping into her creative side to make forms and spreadsheets.
